Refund Policy Details

Cancellation: If the party is cancelled at least one calendar week (7 days) before the event, the client can receive a refund, excluding the non-refundable booking fee.
Late Cancellation: If the party is cancelled less than one week (7 days) before the event, the client must rebook the party within the next 2 months to retain any fees paid.
Exceptions: Refunds are only available in the event of a tragedy or if moving out of the Phoenix area.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or check.
